• Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create a custom Just Like Heaven FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
• AXS Mobile ID digital festival passes & separately purchased general/preferred parking passes will be sent within 10 minutes after your purchase is paid in full.
• AXS Mobile ID digital parking passes that come with VIP or CLUBHOUSE purchases are sent separately and will begin sending 72 hours or more from the festival.
• You may transfer individual passes through your AXS FanAccount – instructions can be found HERE.
  • Please note, the transfer option will be turned on closer to the show date. Please stay tuned.
• Passes will be scanned from your phone on the Just Like Heaven mobile app at the entrance gate per day.
